Product Overview:
This experimental equipment uses the fluoride and chloride ion sample solution obtained by high-temperature combustion hydrolysis. With a fluoride electrode as the indicator electrode and a saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode, the concentration of fluoride ions in the sample solution is measured using the standard addition method. The fluorine and chlorine content in coal is calculated, meeting the requirements of the national standard "Determination of Fluorine and Chlorine in Coal."
Testing Principle:
The coal sample is mixed with a small amount of quartz sand and combusted and hydrolyzed at 1100°C in a mixed gas flow of oxygen and water vapor. Various forms of fluoride in the coal are converted into volatile fluorides, which enter the condensate water and quantitatively dissolve in it. Using a fluoride electrode as the indicator electrode and a saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode, the concentration of fluoride and chloride ions in the sample solution is measured by the standard addition method, and the fluorine and chlorine content in the coal is calculated.
